Registering LTI 1.3 with your LMS
The LTI 1.3 registration process involves several steps that must be followed in sequence. The only necessary ones are the initial creation in Turnitin and your LMS, and to initialize it by creating a dummy assignment.
Data swap - The first step you will follow is swapping data between your LMS and Turnitin to create your registration. Get Started!
Create a dummy assignment - Everything is now set-up, but you need to create a dummy assignment to initialize the registration with Turnitin. You'll only have to do this once. Your instructors will be able to jump directly into using Turnitin. Learn how.
Finished - You're all done! Users can now use Turnitin in their assignments by adding the external tool as an activity.
