Creating a Turnitin sub-account

  1. Log in as an administrator to your institution's or account.
  2. Select the New Account icon for your top-level account.
  3. From the Add Account page, enter an Account Name and an alphanumeric Join Key, which should be at least six characters in length.

    The Join Key will not be used as part of the integration but this field is required in order to successfully create a sub-account.

  4. Use theAllow these features list to select the features you'd like to see in your integration with Turnitnin.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Submit button.

    Check your account settings! Select the Edit icon from the administrator homepage, then select Edit account settings to check or edit your settings.
