Resending an activation email
- Select Users
from the sidebar. - The User page opens on Active users by default. Select Pending users from the sidebar to see the users who have yet to activate their account.
- Using the checkboxes, select the users who you would like to resend the activation email.

Select Resend Invite link next to the user you would like to receive a new invitation.
- The user will receive an activation email to the email address provided in their details. If you need to modify the user's email, you can edit their details.
